Sports Strength and conditioning 

What we offer for strength and conditioning for athletes 

Here at Over Time Gym we have strength and conditioning and EPs (exercise physiologist) who offer strength and conditioning for those of all ages from  who are looking to improve in their sport and athletics.

SERVICES WE OFFER

One on one personal training sessions - 45min with just you and a trainer, this session is programmed specifically to your sport and the role you play in your sport and your weaknesses. When programming your session we take into account the volume and load of your entire week. For example, we aren't going to be programming heavy movements the day before a game to prevent you from being too sore. 

The value of a PT session comes from a trainer watching over and instructing the whole time, a program is no good if it is performed poorly. 

Programs - Our trainers can write you up a program for you to then do yourself in our gym or another gym, we will get as much information as possible in regards to your sport, goals, weaknesses to then write the correct program for you. We suggest getting an updated program every 3/4 weeks. 

- small group session in the gym and at the oval- We currently run 2 sessions a week with our EP Deegan. One session in the gym and another at the oval. Session in the gym will consist of -------------- and sessions at the oval will include ------------
