What’s Included
Step 1: Initial Body Scan
We begin with a comprehensive body composition scan using our Evolt machine. This provides key data such as body fat percentage, fat mass, and muscle mass. These insights allow us to establish a clear starting point, set realistic and personalised goals, and accurately track your progress over time.
Step 2: Goal Setting & Planning
Next, we sit down with you to define your goals. Together, we establish both a long-term vision and a focused 12-week goal. This 12-week target acts as a measurable stepping stone toward your bigger objective and forms the foundation of what we work on during your training sessions.
Step 3: Movement & Strength Assessment
Your first training session is not about pushing you to the limit. Instead, we assess your current fitness level by analysing your movement patterns, strength, and overall capability. This ensures your program is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to you.
Step 4: Structured Training & Progress Review
With your goals and assessment complete, we begin structured training designed to move you closer to your objectives. After 12 weeks, we reassess your progress, review your results, and refine your plan to ensure continued improvement.
RECOVERY
We want to reward you for turning up for yourself and putting in the hard work, for every PT session you complete you will receive a complimentary visit to our recovery room—choose from a sauna, ice bath, or compression boots to help you feel your best!
