BURN

Burn is a hybrid class that you can rely on to get the heart rate up whilst getting every muscle in the body pumping creating that full body burn from the use of both weights and cardio machines.

STRENGTH

Strength is a slower paced class compared two our burn allowing you to focus on your compound lifts, muscle fibre recruitment, body building movements and strength endurance to maximise your strength gains.

MAT PILATES

Our mat pilates classes are for all levels from beginners to advanced. Experience a full body workout with the focus on mind to muscle connection building your strength, endurance and core.

OT

OT (over time) is for Saturdays this is our only 1 hour class where you can really build on your working endurance. This class is a mixture of our strength and burn classes and designed to incorporate all aspects of training.

BOXING

Our boxing classes are designed for you to learn the skills of boxing whilst also building on that cardio vascular system. You will learn not only how to throw a mean punch but also to hold pads affectively and work on coordination.
